Programs & Offerings

Mesa offers a variety of programs for both boys and girls.

Juniors: Mesa Juniors is an introductory lacrosse clinic for boys and girls in Pre-K to 3rd grade. It will focus on teaching the fundamental skills of lacrosse, the correct way. Fundamentals include grip, cradling, carrying, scooping, passing, catching and dodging. Lacrosse is a skill sport and these skills must be developed at an early age.

Summer Skills: Mesa Summer Skills program is a developmental clinic designed to get boys "game ready" with skill work and small sided micro games. Our Summer Skills program is designed for for rising K and 1st and 2nd grade boys aspiring to be ready to play club lacrosse in the fall. We will focus on teaching the fundamental skills of lacrosse, the correct way. Fundamentals include grip, cradling, carrying, scooping, passing, catching and dodging. We have developed our own curriculum and terminology that boys can easily understand and build on. Lacrosse is a skill sport and these skills must be developed at an early age. The goal is that every player is working on exactly what they need to improve and evolve. Many of our Summer Skills players go on to play for our Mesa Lacrosse Club teams.
