About Us
Founder
Carlo deMarco grew up in Malvern playing just about every sport possible before finding a lasting love for soccer.
He was a standout at The Haverford School and with FC Delco, then competed at the Division I level at the University of Massachusetts. After nearly nine years at Oracle NetSuite, he left the corporate world behind to follow his passion for sports and coaching. Carlo also leads ID Sports, a leader in college soccer recruiting, where he has spent the past ten years helping student athletes navigate the path to college soccer.
